We were given a room with Nile view on the 15th floor which was really nice. The room was large and bed was comfortable. There was kettle for tea/coffee and tea bags, water bottles etc; we were given more every time we requested. The room was clean and the whole hotel was clean, though the carpets were a bit dated. The breakfast spread was superb and choices were really extensive. The man who made omelettes was very nice.The staff were friendly and helpful and nothing was too much. There was a lot of security in the hotel too. The hotel itself is beautiful as it was a palace once and we got a guided tour of the palace which was very informative. First day there was no shower gel so we had to wait for 20 minutes to get one. On the last day we asked for hair conditioner which was totally empty and we waited for 1 hour before we got it.
