"Upon arrival, the property presented an initial aesthetic appeal. However, a closer inspection revealed several maintenance issues. The furnishings exhibited significant wear and tear, and the window coverings were visibly soiled. The leather sofa's reclining function was inoperable due to a mechanical failure, and the host had disabled the feature.
