“Came into town for a soccer tournament. I wanted something nice for my girls. This property was so pretty inside and very convenient to restaurants and cafes. A little beach on the river to swim, and a pool. So much better than staying in a hotel. It was exactly what we needed and the communication was great. ”

“The condo was perfect for our family as we converged on Williamsburg for our older daughter’s graduation.We had a late dinner Friday evening at the condo after the ceremony at Zable Stadium. The living room and dining room accommodated everyone as they ate & talked & congratulated our daughter.The condo was spacious & well furnished. The bedrooms with their separate bathrooms were clean & very comfortable. We particularly appreciated the black out curtains in each bedroom.We would definitely……

“We got there the location is actually a little hard to understand, but we found it. The house is not the cleanest. It smelt like it was moldy. There was no coffee cups for the coffee. There was a roll and a half of toilet paper no hot water in the one shower and the other shower wouldn’t turn on at all. One towel and one washcloth and one bathroom Two washcloths two towels and the other bathroom the beds were very nice and clean, but overall not what I’m used to there was no book to tell us……

“The condo was just as described and was the perfect home base for day trips around the area. ”

“Communication with the owner was easy and they checked to make sure everything was okay and was available if I had any problems. We were not at the condo for long periods of time but when we were everything was great. ”

“We love Kingsmill. It is peaceful, pretty and convenient. This condo has a great view of the river, and a nice big family room/kitchen for people to gather. We came for my daughter's graduation from college and the grandparents stayed with us too. It was great to be where they could take walks and enjoy the quiet away from campus. Harris Teeter is close for groceries and we could do laundry right in the condo. It was easy to eat at the Kingsmill restaurants also. We didn't have access to the gym……

“While relocating to Williamsburg, we were fortunate to find this delightful unit! It was perfect. The amenities are comprehensive… the unit is well maintained and had everything we needed. My thanks to our host. It genuinely felt like home. ”

“Exactly as described and well equipped. Occasionally the neighbors were very loud. A leak above the shower from upstairs required 3 days of work but all fixed. Having parking privileges in the city garage across the street makes it all possible, without it parking is expensive or impossible. It is still a bit pricey but first class overall.”
