"The hotel is expensive and did not allow us to accommodate our guests while we sat at the pool. They were not staying the night just two visiting relatives that were told to leave."

"The property was great as was the staff. Everyone was kind and helpful. The only issue is that the parking lot gets full and if you leave you loose your spot."

"The hotel is undergoing renovations. We were given a room in the not yet renovated section. Furniture and wall trims were frayed. Had great difficulty matching switches to lights they controlled. Front desk was of zero help. Promised some money back - have not seen it yet. Would strongly recommend that travelers pick another hotel when visiting Jerusalem."
