“There is so much we liked. We treated ourselves to this hotel after staying in mostly 2-3* places for our trip. And the added feature of being able to light candles in the lobby for Shabbos was lovely. However we did have a couple of issues. One is that it advertises Airport Shuttle which is the main reason we booked there. It was critical to us to have this feature. We were told it has not been available since before the war!! Secondly there were things taken from our room and security was……

“The room was clean and spacious for Israel. Staff were all extremely helpful and kind. The Israeli breakfast was something special, with fresh fruit, vegetables, salads, fish, hot entrees, and baked goods of all sorts. The self-serve cappuccino machines were appreciated. Best feature for a Jerusalem hotel was the outdoor pool - grande! and a small pool for children and a little play area. This was in addition to a large indoor swimming pool and a good indoor gym.”
