Ultimate Weekend Get Away

This is by far the nicest Vrbo I’ve ever stayed at. There was so much for us to do here! And the property manager was extremely helpful and quick to respond.

Pocono Summer retreat

Such a great house! 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, an incredible game room, theater area, bar and hot tub! Located right in the Poconos and easy drives to a ton of different activities. The cabin was clean, cozy, plenty of space and beautiful scenery of the woods outside! We had such a great week! Would definitely recommend!

Excellent House

We had a great time for a bachelor party. The house had plenty of games/activities to keep up busy. It was conveniently located to both paintball and white water rafting.

Wonderful Stay!

I love everything about this house! The theater was amazing, this golf simulator was so much fun, and there's lots of room and comfortability at the house. We were so thankful for beinf there in the snow :-)

Outstanding Game Room

Our grandkids had a terrific time in the game room. Our stay over Thanksgiving was superb. No issues. Place is clean and exactly as described.

Awesome stay

The pics of this house don’t do it justice! Way bigger in person, plenty or room for everyone and tons of fun activities. It is nicely secluded with no direct neighbors as well with plenty of privacy which is a big thing for me when I rent. Would highly recommend can’t wait to come back!

A Great Time!

The house was awesome. We really enjoyed the big screen movie area and the games. Our group ranged from teen to retiree and all had a relaxing time in the hot tub, by the fireplace, and in the reclining movie seats. Host was responsive when we needed towels as well.

Great Pocono getaway with a large group

Great house for a Pocono getaway with a larger group. Relatively close to some fun things to do and the house was in great condition upon arrival - they even granted our request to check in early which was very helpful in setting up prior to the weekend stay. Game room with the movie theater seating and multiple TVs was great for a College Football Saturday!

Great house and amenities but need a 4wd during snow.

House is great. Lots of room and great amenities. It was our second stay here. This time weather was extremely cold and even our 4wd trucks couldn't navigate the driveway. A few of us took pretty serious falls in the driveway as well. Communication with agent was good but unfortunately I think it's our last stay here bc of navigating the steep driveway. We couldn't leave one day to go skiing bc of the conditions.

Perfect family getaway

This was the perfect place to gather two families with kids. Everyone was always entertained- games, hot tub, and exploring outdoors. We could have stayed there for weeks and not gotten bored. The location was great- we went white water rafting, hiking, and beaching all within 20 minutes of the house. Check-in was a breeze. The house was ready a few hours early. Super easy to get in and out!

What a fabulous house. Unfortunately during our week stay, Jim Thorpe had nothing but rain in the forecast, but because of this marvelous house, the grandkids and their parents still had a wonderful time. Could not have found anything any more perfect than this!

This property was stunning, they clearly take care of the home and value the integrity of the property. My husband and I renewed our wedding vows on the property for a moonlight NYE ceremony and the outdoor setting combined with the game room just made the most magical night. Thank you!

Better than the photos

I can not emphasize enough how perfect this place was for me and my girlfriend. It was secluded with trees surrounding it so we felt a sense of privacy and it was very cozy and everything just worked perfectly. Not to mention aesthetically it was very appealing. Would be great to bring kids too, as they can sleep in the loft up top. Close to every attraction yet private at the same time. 10/10

Stay in the Poconos

Overall stay was good. We did have 3 issues, the downstairs sliding door locking was broken, the hot tub needed more chemicals but none where available, and the garbage from the people before us as not picked up. With the weather being so hot and the garbage being there for so long the smell from the garbage area was resent in the downstairs.

PERFECT VRBO!

If you are on the fence about this VRBO don't be! We rented it for a 2-week family get-together in Feb. 2022. There was nothing the owner did not think of or accommodate for a family of 16. We made a "Thanksgiving" type feast for 16 people and lacked for nothing in the kitchen. We had teens & small children, and all were entertained by the amazing game room, which is soundproofed from upstairs. The combination of beds was perfect. With 16 people in the home for 2 weeks, we never felt crowded. The location is quiet and very close to many of the ski resorts and the quaint adorable town of Jim Thorpe. Thank you so much to the owner for the perfect accommodations that enabled us to make unforgettable memories with our family. We look forward to coming back!

Fun place

First impressions were not so good, the driveway was hardly plowed, and there was over 2 feet of snow blocking the only entrance. I shoveled it myself, no choice, and told property manager, they gave me a $100 credit. Walking into the house, it seemed outdated and average. However, it is probably the best basement I’ve ever vacationed in. It was fantastic and the projector is a nice touch. The hot tub was clean too. The snow was so deep we couldn’t utilize anything outside, but it looked private. I would recommend the property.

THE HOUSE HAS EVERYTHING ONE NEEDS TO ESCAPE LIFES BUSINESS. THE OUTDOOR LANDSCAPE IS WHIMSICLE, WITH AMAZING NATURAL BEAUTY ALL AROUND YOU. LOOKING OUT OVER THE DECK INTO A BEAUTIFUL FORREST WITH MOSS COVERED TREES AND MEANDERING WILDLIFE. BRING YOUR CAMERA. FUN, AND TRANQUILTY SURROUNDS YOU AT EVERY CORNER..... PLUS, A SHORT DRIVE WILL TAKE YOU INTO THE QUAINT TOWN OF JIM THORPE. MAKE SURE TO PACK UP SOME FOOD AND BEVERAGE, YOU WON'T WANT TO LEAVE THIS GEM. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TO EVERYONE AT EVERY AGE.... P.S. I HEARD THE OWNER IS A CUSTOM WOOD WORKER WHO MAKE BEAUTIFUL FURNITURE OUT OF LOCAL LUMBER.
