“The location is perfect. Close to everything and although challenging to get in/out of the garage with an suv, it was doable and having parking included was a definite plus. We also reached out for dishwasher tabs and garbage bags and Jazz provided those with no problem. Some of the things that weren’t ideal were: you had to take two different elevators to get to the unit and then there were stairs you had to navigate to go down to the unit as well, main elevator was not well lit and the didn’t……

“The address on the listing is not correct. I unlocked someone’s door and was told the unit was next door. I opened another persons door who told me my unit was downstairs. So although my itinerary said unit 5, I found keys for unit 3. As we were walking through, the lady from next door came and told us that unit was reserved for someone else. The host was on the phone, and tried to be very accommodating. She said she could get unit 6 ready for the next day, but after all that, we decided to……
