“This is my number 1 hotel in joliet we Always stay in here we love ❤️ clean and very quiet”

“I know this is a pet friendly hotel but there should be rooms for people who are allergic to cats, as I am. I walked into the room, laid in the bed and my eyes swelled up that fast. Less than 2 minutes. I know it is pet friendly but I thought it would be cleaned more thoroughly. The staff there were fantastic and cancelled our week long reservation. I can’t talk highly enough about the staff. Thank you to them again. Just look for a hotel that doesn’t allow pets if you are as allergic……

“I have absolutely no complaints. This was a weekend start. Our room was clean, fresh linens, the air out of the A/C unit was cold and fresh. I would definitely stay again.”

“The room was well maintained but there was an issue with the elevator which limited the use to 3 people. This made it "interesting" to navigate with some large family groups in the hotel at the time of the stay.”

“Room was clean, staff was great including the desk and breakfast attendant. Location was good and the bed was very comfortable!”

“The air coming from the air conditioner smells bad. The corners of the ceiling and walls are dirty. The bathtub drain is clogged with a plastic bag from soap packaging, so the water doesn’t drain while taking a shower. The hygiene is very poor.”
