“Worst hotel stay of my life. I felt like I was in a Jerry Springer show. I called the front desk 3 times for several screaming people carrying on about their personnel problems before I gave up. The front desk did come to the rooms to tell them to stop carrying on but one group was repeat offenders and still there. The kitchen counter was dirty and half filled water bottles in the fridge. The floor was dirty the hallway carpet looked like if had not been vacuumed in days. Unless you want to……

“The housekeeping staff has some sort of mental illness. They charged me $30 for 3 dirty towels they didn't even try to wash, accused me of smoking in my room which I didn't, and just opened the door to the room and entered multiple times without permission. They were rude, abrasive, and didn't even do a good job of cleaning. Quite frankly the worst customer service I have seen in decades. The owner wasn't much of a help either to managing his employees attitudes and behavior, and you can see……

“They told me they had no self parking when there were obvious spaces available. Staff said you can take your chances with street parking or pay $45.00 valet. I chose valet who then parked it in one of the open spots. No consideration for handicap parking. No recognition of gold status. The next I called for my car through valet. A half hour later while looking at my car I had to go to the front desk and retrieve my keys. Beware of the parking!!!”

“We had the best experience ever, all the staff were exceptional! Room was clean, breakfast was different everyday! Highly recommend! We did have a noise problem briefly and it was handled immediately! It was a great experience!”

“My room can hear some certain sounds of the machine starting up every ten minutes...no idea where it came from. Others were good. Breakfast was good enough. ”
