“Great customer service.”

“They have lots of parking and a shuttle service. The staff is pretty good and they try to keep the place clean. This is our third stay there and each time there are facility issues. The restaurant and pool have been closed off for years. This time one elevator was down and both rooms we had were without a working hair dryer. Missing window screens, safes that no longer function, and dripping faucets have become normal here. The fish freezers still work which is one of the reasons we stayed here……

“This is the only hotel with a full kitchen and washer dryer. We really appreciated the dryer after coming in out of the rain. We didn't do a lot of cooking, but it was very convenient to have some breakfast foods in the room and great to have some snacks and a cold drink waiting for us at the end of the day, which we enjoyed by the whale sculpture. There's a grocery store & a Domino's Pizza just a couple blocks away. Downtown was about a 25 minute walk, but very doable. Staff was very……

“This hotel is newly renovated and is possibly the nicest hotel in Juneau. The new owners put a lot into this. Rooms are spacious. All counters, desks headboard were handmade with locally sources lumber. Beds are comfy. Nice little kitchenette in each room. I would definitely stay here again and you should too.”

“Shortly after arriving, told we couldn’t use the front door or elevator, once in the room realized the power was out. Paid for breakfast with our reservation, but the next morning was told it was not available. Ice machine didn’t work, when I asked the front desk was told I could find the info about ice machines in the elevator.”
