“The young woman at the front desk was extremely helpful in straightening out an issue with the type of room we were assigned. We needed a two queen configuration instead of the king bed we were assigned. She got us situated into a suitable room right away.”

“Good”

“Very nice place to stay. Hot tub was a bonus. Walking distance to great restaurants & shopping. Loved the espresso machine for coffee each morning. Would highly recommend.”

“Great location, classic inn, wonderful innkeeper”

“This is a nicely situated property on Douglas Island that is clean, well supplied, and nicely set up. Our family of four fit comfortably. Dallas is a friendly and responsive host.”

“This was a very nice property, much better than any hotel. Exceptionally clean. Great communication with host. Auke Bay is growing, many food and drink options. The room has everything you need to prepare food, hot plate, pots, pans, utensils. Very generous with towels, lovely soaps, spacious fridge, espresso as well as a tea pot and a pour over. Bed is large, comfortable, linens are luxurious, duvet and extra blanket. The tilting/ adjustable bed side lighting was perfect for reading and a plush……

“Nice location, entire property and house is very clean and well kept. Shower is quite nice as well. Bed is comfortable, linens are nice. Kitchen is well equipped if you’re inclined that way. All in all a very nice quiet place to stay that’s still close to everything.”

“Great property. Very new, tasteful and practical. It was spotless. Very nice little amenities to make you feel welcome. Even ear plugs, which we didn’t need. Keurig coffee maker with nice selection of coffees. Highly recommend. We will be back. The bus stop (Juneau Animal Rescue) is three minutes walk away with regular busses for downtown and the airport (3 and 4 for airport and 3,4 and 8 for downtown). Fred Meyer groceries are walking distance.”

It included a mini refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee, and snacks, which……
