“My stay at this Holiday Inn did not meet the standards I usually expect from an IHG property. The hotel felt cheaply managed and lacked the comfort and convenience I’ve experienced at other Holiday Inn locations. The hot water in my room did not work unless I went to the front desk and asked them to address it. There was also no coffee maker in the room, and I had to request one from the front desk, where it was handed to me in a plastic bag. Cleanliness was another major issue. The bathroom……

“Friendly and efficient staff, clean and quiet rooms. I may have missed it, but I did not see coffee in the room-plenty at breakfast, which was great too!”

“The hotel staff were the most friendly people. The breakfast was good the area was kept clean there always was a staff member there to help and make sure everything was full. The room was clean the cleaning staff couldn't have been more helpful. We spent 6 days at the hotel it was great. Location for resturants was the best.”
