"The stay was pleasant, the breakfast buffet was very good. However, the food ordered at the Main St. Restaurant has a lot to be desired (the regular menu, not the special dinners which I did not taste)."

"They said the clean room every other day and when they do they don’t even clean good. Trash under the bed, found small items of other guests such as hair bands. They did not clean the glasses we used, when making the bed we found our earbuds inside the sheets, they never vacuum. Overall staff was nice, but cleaning ladies need to do a much better job."

"I give it a 3.0 rating. Most of the staff was great, a few mediocre. Rooms are a bit run down and aged. Hotel was generally clean for its age. I’m a Hilton person and compare it to a run down Hilton Doubletree. Food was below average - Luau food was comparable to a Golden Corral - almost inedible. Like airplane food on a domestic flight. Drinks at the Luau were disgusting, performance was good. I would not recommend this place unless you are on a strict budget. $600 per night!!! Spend the extra $100 to $200 per night at a better hotel. "

"Fantastic property and stay. The units appear to be recently updated and in great condition. The ocean view was great - mostly unobstructed unless you count a few palm trees. The pool bathrooms were the cleanest I've ever seen at a resort - very much appreciated this attention! Aside from a negative interaction with the hotel manager who was not friendly or very helpful after our vehicle's windshield was shattered by a golf ball in the valet lot, the rest of the staff was wonderful. Any service requests were addressed almost immediately. Would definitely stay again!"

"Really good location and close to shopping and food. On site restaurant excellent. But hotel is older and not in the greatest shape. The on-site store is extremely small and very expensive."

"Our room had trash leftover from the previous guests and its not very clean. Shower also didn’t work properly Water temperature was very good. Pressure would’ve been ok if the shower head worked "
