“The beach is so gorgeous and the uncrowded pool is lovely. We went in every day. The place has everything you need to cook your own meals. There is some street noise but not too bad. I use earplugs at night anyway. We hiked the pink pillbox trail and diamond head for incredible views. ”

I'm not gonna lie when I say that was extremely frustrating because I was tired. There were some overlooked house keeping issues like a dirty washcloth hanging from the curtain rod and some hair in the sink but overall the place was relatively clean. “The view of the ocean was the only positive for this condo. The A/C consists of portable indoor units which are very noisy. The mattress on the bed was very thin and uncomfortable, as were the pillows. There is a lot of construction on site for building maintenance and so the parking lot is a mess. We had to park a quarter of a mile down the street. Walking to and from the car was dangerous and inconvenient, as the road is busy. The lock boxes are in a very poorly lit hallway. “Condo was extremely dirty upon arrival. Sheets and towels stained, and floors were not clean. We found wet towels in the washing machine from the previous occupants. Had to rewash ourselves. 5 roaches crawled out from under the kitchen base cabinets. Coffee pot didn't work and kitchen accessories were a mess. Also were unable to open rear sliding glass door. We had friends staying in units in the same community and their units had been updated and were clean. I would not recommend this condo for...

“The condo was immaculate. The bed was amazing. Appliances brand new and high tech, had to Google how to use them. Host was very responsive and easy to work with. Pool was nice and clean. Grounds were well maintained. If you are looking for a wonderful, peaceful great place to stay on the grounds of turtle bay this is a wonderful option! Exceeded expectations. I wish we could have stayed longer.”
