“Visited from Canada - we booked for 29 days. Host not flexible for early check in - had multiple communications about early check in. We ended up sitting at the airport for over 3 hours. She did mention she would send us a link for "trusted shops" to "drop our bags and go". No way was I going to leave my bags with strangers. Boasts 2 balconies where there was only 1 - the balcony in the bedroom was a Juliette balcony and functionally useless. The main balcony is very small. Furnishings very……

However, they sent links to 2 different 3rd party sites asking for personal information like pictures of passports and credit cards. When I expressed discomfort, they said I could skip it. At the last minute, they refused to give the information I needed to access the property until a photo of my passport and credit card info was uploaded to that 3rd party site.
