“Lovely little cottage set a street away from the beach”

“Lovely roomy cottage in the perfect super quiet location with everything you might need for a relaxing stay and we have stayed several times over the past few years - spring and summers. Much to see and do locally whatever the weather and brilliant, welcoming hosts.”

“We had a wonderful 4 days at Iris Cottage. Set in beautiful countryside, the accommodation was lovely and the facilities on site were perfect for our group. Swings and play room for youngest to tennis, snooker and golf for older ones. The swimming pool was used by all of us. Would definitely recommend for all ages. We are looking forward to visiting again”

“Cottage was a very good base for exploring places in Dartmouth. Clean and tidy cottage. Cottage itself had everything we needed. However the cottage could've done with a bit of a make over. Pictures on walls. End of bath. Bedlinen . Bed was comfortable. There was a little hole in the window in the bathroom. Also when you got in the shower you overlooked a public footpath. Overall we enjoyed our stay”

“Lovely cottage, very comfortable and homely. The road is narrow, quite busy and there are no pavements, so walking along the road can be a bit hazardous. The walk along the edge of the estuary is pretty muddy and requires boots or wellies.”

“Niedliches kleines Cottage. Alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und wir haben das Frühstück im kleinen Garten sehr genossen. Der Kontakt mit den Eigentümern war immer problemlos möglich und sie standen uns bei Fragen jeder Zeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.”

“Everything was simply perfect. It all started with our outstanding landlords Rob and Sian, who were so warm, welcoming, easy to contact and gave so many helpful recommendations. We loved Pipers Cottage and the surrounding landscape from the very beginning. The cottage is decorated in such a homely way and well equipped, especially the kitchen. Due to the weather, we didn't see many beaches but found many other wonderful things to do for example we enjoyed our walks to Salcombe. Thank you again...

“The property was very clean and well equipped, unfortunately we ran into a few problems. Check in day revealed television problems , the next day a tv expert found a cut antenna wire. We had to turn on the heat for the towel rails, We never had evening or morning heating.”

“We did spend a week here and enjoyed our stay. Cottage had everything we needed, and more. It was clean and cozy. As we had good luck with beautful weather we also spent a lot of time on summer house. Great views and nice spot to follow how water in the creek comes and goes.”
