"Red Roof was very affordable and about what I expected for the rate. The bathroom was the biggest issue - the shower head was so low I had to squat down to use it, the towels were very thin and threadbare, water easily leaked out of the shower while in use, no shampoo or conditioner (just soap), no hand towels (just bath towels and wash clothes). Also, the fridge in the room made this ticking noise non-stop. The front desk staff who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Beds were very comfortable."

"When we got there, we found out they overbooked the king size bed rooms. So they put us in a double queen room and offered extra Hilton points and free parking for their mistake. The room was really nice!"

"My stay was horrible; the 1st room had a broken lock so it didn’t work. I went to get a different room and that room, which she said was just cleaned, had a clogged toilet full of poop. So I got a 3rd room and that one had pools of water all over the floor. They didn’t even comp my room or make an effort to remedy the horrible experience. I will never be returning to this location. "
