You’ll be charged extra for everything you should get for free. Checking in early isn’t an option without a fee, nor is leaving your bags - without a fee. "

"The hotel is really lovely and is in a great location, just a 2 minute walk from Victoria. All areas of the hotel were spotlessly clean and decorated nicely. The bed was really comfy. Our only issue was the room had a separate WC with no sink and then a shower room with a sink. Hygienically not very good idea. Breakfast was exceptional. So much nicer than the usual standard breakfast. Shame they only use the lovely restaurant for breakfast though. Overall a fantastic stay and would recommend. "
