Location is about as good as it gets for travelling with small children, leave the front door and you see Big Ben, then walk north a block and you can see the London Eye! The pool is a great way to unwind after a day of walking around London, and the fitness centre is better than many hotels I’ve visited in the past. The neighborhood was safe, day and night, for walking to the theater and restaurants. The staff was remarkable for their help when our flights were canceled due to a blizzard in Boston. I would definitely stay here again, and will seek out RIU hotels in other locations.
