“Very janky elevator, cannot use stairwells to get to hotel level which I learned the hard way by getting stuck and having to go down to the ground level and exit. Toilet clogged upon arrival.”

“Great property in RINO. A short walk to the heart of the area which allowed me to have some quiet time yet easy access to restaurants and shops. My room was well appointed, clean and very comfortable. The staff was helpful and gave me information about the area that I hadn’t found when searching online. I’m already planning another trip to Denver and staying at the Cambria RINO is high on my list for my accommodations.”

“There was no check in from housekeeping to see if I needed anything. I ran out of the water. I would have liked to have more of that. The wallpaper was peeling off the wall. The vending machine on my floor was hard to use. I don't like the fact you have to pay 2.00 to take your food to the room. My trash was overflowing and since no housekeeping, it just built up. Now I did like my room on the top floor. The casino, even though I lost all my money that I use for gambling, it was nice. The……

“We booked there and breakfast was included. Then the staff said that breakfast was not included when booking through a third party. Also, the curtains in the room could not be closed, so we could not sleep at noon because it was too bright. In addition, the water in the bathtub did not flow.
