"The property was great. Met all expectations for our family vacation with a group of 16. The rooms and layout were as pictured, the location was great, very short drive to downtown Pigeon Forge and right by Dollywood. It is right in the mountains, so definitely need to use caution for bears. We had a visit by a bear in the driveway within our first hour, so keep watch on the kiddos, especially if going to extra room, which is accessed from separate, outside entrance. "
