“Personal war nicht hilfsbereit und freundlich. Parkmöglichkeiten war sehr schwierig. An den Straßen vor und neben den Hotel war es nicht so einfach etwas zu finden. Das Badezimmer war schon sauber. Aber das schlimmste war den unangenehme Geruch im Zimmer. Es war uns kaum möglich richtig in den Zimmern zu atmen und zu schlafen und ich weiß nicht ob es von der Klimaanlage kam oder von den Rohren. Es war nicht auszuhalten. Unter den Betten/ Soda sollte auch etwas besser gesaugt werden. Ein größerer……

“Everything for the most part is expected… EXCEPT A/C or air conditioning: It boggles my mind that these properties are allowed to market air conditioning when they are incredibly underpowered or simply don’t work. My room did not cool off, kind of, until 3-5 am every single night. It was a nightmare. They don’t care because they know it’s like that. I had to buy a large fan just to trick myself to sleep. The quickest tell that they are confidently aware of how they’re skimping you… The lobby……

“We stopped here briefly on our way to Granada and regret the choice. We encountered clogged bathtubs in two different rooms upon arriving in the evening, as neither drained properly. Breakfast was basic, but to make matters worse, a staff member asked us to give up our table for another guest while my child was still up getting food. Between the poor service, broken plumbing, and an area that didn't feel very comfortable, we definitely wouldn't stay again.”
