The room was big and clean. The bed and pillows were comfy. The shower was hot. My only complaint is that here’s not a person at the front desk. There’s a virtual kiosk for check in and check out. I don’t know that I would have felt comfortable getting to the hotel late or if I needed something because there’s not an actual person overseeing things. That said, the kiosk was fine. The check in lady and check out man made it simple enough.
