“Very nice people”

“I was headed to Grand Isle for a birding trip and stayed overnight in Golden Meadow as the hotels on the Island were expensive and most wouldn't book a one night stay. Southern Breeze Lodge was perfect in every way, from the friendly ladies in the office to the clean room, comfortable beds, and convenience of having a gas station, GoBears Grocery and Noble Roman's Pizza all within walking distance of the lodge! I recommended it to all my fellow birders and will definitely stay there again.”

“Staff was delightful and check in was efficient. We were greeted each evening of our stay by the young man at the front desk and he was very helpful during our stay. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The breakfast was always good, hot, and readily available.”

“There were some problems with our key cards but the staff fixed them with no issues. We were at the end of the hall on the first floor and the key card reader on the outside door right by our room was broke so we couldn’t use it. The rooms could use some upkeep with paint and furniture but the room was clean. The water pressure was terrible in the shower. There was a funny smell in the hotel lobby and they burn incense pretty often. Overall if you need a clean place to sleep and don’t care……

“The ladies at the front desk awesome super nice the rooms are not what I expected from the day I arrive my shower was dripping I made a complain they claimed the plumber was coming to fix the issue no one came my bathroom door couldn’t be closed we had to beg for out room to be cleaned which I personally feel was none sense breakfast was horrible had it one time never again”
