“Staff was very accommodating! Place was lovely. Restaurant food was delicious. Spa services were top notch! Only complaint was other visitors being thoughtless to noise level walking on wooden floors, stomping up steps(unfortunately our room was below stairs) talking loudly in foyer, sitting area late at night. Not really the resorts fault though.”

“We stayed in the New England Suite and overall enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and one staff member even carried a suitcase to our second-floor room. The suite was clean and comfortable, with two rooms, a cozy queen bed and twin bed, good A/C, a private balcony with rocking chairs, and a charming claw-foot tub (although the high step could be difficult for some guests). “Do not get a smoking room. It was disgusting. There were bugs everywhere and the ceiling light in the bathroom was falling out of the ceiling ready to crash on top of me. The room reeked and made all of my clothes stink. I only got the smoking room because I vape medical marijuana, but at that point I would’ve gone to my car every time if that meant getting a better room. I already moved rooms after the first one was gross, and I got the second one and just dealt with it. Hopefully the……
