“Lovely house ”

“Nice large clean upstairs apartment within walking distance of shopping and restaurants as well as campus. Off-street parking was a little tight for two (upstairs downstairs) apartments. The downstairs occupants could be noisy despite signs about evening quiet hours. Overall, we enjoyed having this centrally located apartment as our home base.”

“The property is close to downtown, absolutely true. BUT, I have stayed in the main floor unit twice and the upstairs unit once over the past 3 years. The property is getting worse. There is NO effort in maintaining much less improving the property.The main shower leaks through to the basement, the smaller bathroom shower has no working light, the oven is broken, kitchen sink constantly leaks, two rolls of toilet paper, and the AC WASN'T working for our stay. “Need to replace the sofa bed. All good, parking was interesting at first until I found a spot to continue to go back to.”

“Great location. Close to everything. Our party was 2 children and 4 adults. Kids slept on the pullout bed that was very comfy. Adults enjoyed both beds. Pillows were a little flat but bed was very comfortable. Some minor areas that were not cleaned thoroughly but didn't hinder our stay. ”
