“The host was very accommodating. The place was very clean and well stocked with essentials. Perfect for 2 people!”

“This rental was well priced for location and its amenities. Kitchen was stocked with utensils, large fridge and freezer space for food and drinks. Nice patio Area to smoke or relax. Water pressure was great, water got very hot and cold. AC worked great, place was kept cold! Host and Co-host made arrangements for me to check in a few hours early which was great! A couple things to note/suggest, a small dresser or shelves to go in the closet for clothing, especially for those who have longer……

“My stay here was great; no problems at all. Very clean, lots of amenities even though i didn’t need them it was nice to know if i had forgotten anything…..i didn’t need to run to the store. I will definitely stay here again when I visit the area. ”

“We had a lovely stay and found all we needed at this property. Host was quick to respond when needed. Only stress endured was related to receiving the wrong check in code to access the house key. After driving through heavy traffic to get to house I was desperate to get my almost 2 year old inside. Luckily host responded very quickly with correct code. Space was perfect for our child- no stairs. Great to have a crib instead of dragging pack and play along.”

“The place is perfect for a couple who want a nice clean place to stay that is centrally located. It was perfect for my wife and I. When we got there the electronic combination lock wouldn't work on the door. We contacted the property owner and she was able to open it remotely. However, that only worked one time. We stayed on the phone with her and tried to troubleshoot but nothing seemed to work. We had to leave to meet friend and she asked us to just leave the door unlocked (she would monitor……

“Our college aged son’s baseball team played games East and South of Tampa but we also wanted a beach vacation. We didn’t spend a lot of time at the apartment but it had everything we needed to prep and make meals to go, spend the day at the beach, and find local craft brews. Ame was a great host!”

“This place was a disaster from the get-go. The kitchen was filthy with food spatters in the utensil drawers and on the pots and pans. The fridge was so dirty we didn't put food in it. The oven and microwave were disgusting. The bathrooms were worse with mold all over the showers, feces stuck to the side of the toilet and towels smelling like urine. We spent 2 hours cleaning just so we could spend the night there, though in retrospect we should have just checked into a motel but it was late into……

“We got in very late. Code to door didn’t work but host responded right away even with how late it was. Place was clean and looked as the pictures showed. The kitchen sink faucet was extremely loose and definitely needed some work. We did not cook or need too much in the kitchen but there wasn’t a whole lot there to be able to use. We didn’t use the backyard barbecue. We have never used one like that before but it definitely looked interesting to use. The location was great for us as we didn’t……

“We enjoyed our family vacation to Tampa. We are a very active family and the location of this property was close to the beaches and other activities we had planned. The house was spacious and we loved having access to the chairs, wagon, and cooler. Our children also enjoyed having the pool and used it almost every night of our stay. We would stay there again!”
