“We recently stayed at the Cook cottage for our first trip to Dunedin. The location was as convenient as it could be for walking downtown and enjoying all the restaraunts, breweries and shopping activities. The cottage itself was immaculate and had everything we needed for a convenient week's vacation. We especially loved the private back porch and backyard. There is a short cut at the end of Highland court through Dunedin Brewing that made walking around very accessible. The balcony porch was the best for relaxing and enjoying the warm Florida temperatures. We also enjoyed the ability to watch the local cable provider, Spectrum, for local news and weather.
