“Clean, modern, staff very friendly and no requests was ever too much. Food was above average in the buffet, lots of fish and meat options. The al a carte restaurants were superb, particularly the Teppanyaki. ”

“Too inconvenient. Inconvenient place, inconvienient service. We lived here for 2nights, Since our reservations were separated, they asked us to change the room at 12pm on the second day and the housekeeper can help us to put our luggage to the new room. Although it took us too much inconvienence, on the second day 12pm nobody came to my room to helped us. So I don't want to back to this Ritz Carlton hotel again. Awful experience.”

Pool nice and clean open over winter. Bar and food available. Knock at my door New Year’s Eve with a member of staff with a complimentary bottle of cava and box chocolates for new year. Late flight , luggage room and showers available. ”
