Reasons: Cleanliness： The bedsheets were filthy, covered in stains, and hadn't even been properly fitted — the exposed parts of the mattress were covered in black grime. Overall cleanliness was severely lacking. Facilities: The hotel's facilities were in terrible condition. As soon as we entered the room, we noticed the curtains were broken. We took a photo and informed the front desk, but they didn't……
