Location was convenient as it was only a 5 munute walk from Termini. We booked our room through Expedia. I took 1 star off as there was a 19 euro service charge when we checked out that was not on our original expedia quote. (In addition to the city tax)."

"Breakfast is great! Wide selection. Towels in the room are hung on a warm pipe, which is nice. But, on check- in, I found portions of the towel wet. Did they change the towel after the last check-out? Install a shower curtain in the bath, so water does not splash outside the shower. "
