“During my check-in yesterday, I noticed that the bedding (bed sheets, duvet cover, and pillowcases) did not appear to have been freshly changed. After contacting the bedding, my skin became itchy, which raised concerns about cleanliness. I reported this to the front desk, but initially, the concern was dismissed based on photos, and I was told that no replacement could be arranged because only one staff member was on duty. After I reiterated my discomfort and hygiene concerns, I was eventually……

“I may have written the review but stay way from this property. I prepaid for three nights si I stayed anyway but was sorry i did. I felt unsafe the entire time. No elevator to the second floor either. Uncomfortable furniture, bad plumbing, bad parking lot (like parking in a truck parking lot with pot holes), no breakfast as advertised. They are trying to remodel but I dont think thats possible. Sometimes it just time to tear it down.”

“Hotel canceled my prepaid reservation despite me sending a message through Expedia saying my arrival would be delayed until the following morning. Hotel staff said that was not its problem — that I should take it up with Expedia. I had to pay full price on the spot to get the room I had already paid for through Expedia. So, beware.”

“The manager at front was great explained everything in detail ...the rooms were great for price and all they have to offer is great ...we didn't go to bar so I cannot comment on that or the breakfast buffet . I can tell you people were enjoying the pool and the outside playground with their kids overall the hotel is a 4 because it is older and well maintained . I also want to note the room was clean great for price .”

“This property is undergoing a renovation. However, this did not keep us from having a great stay. They are doing a great job. The staff was all wonderful! Front desk staff was so friendly and housekeeping kept our rooms spotless!! It was the perfect place for our weekend getaway!”
