“This property overlooks open fields with a pond, hillsides, and a tree farm across the road. If you want a quiet area where you can watch the sun set from chairs on the outside patio and watch the stars come out, this is it. There are separate sitting areas, and a firepit below the house with chairs as well. The unit was clean, and questions responded to. No issues with check in or check out.”

The Berkshires in the fall are absolutely beautiful and Hinsdale is a pretty little town. Ozzie's is definitely worth the trip for breakfast. “Husband and I spent a lovely weekend in March at this in law apartment attached to host’s main house. Loved the hot tub, the cleanliness, parking, convenience. So close to North Adams and Williamstown museums, good restaurants and lots of hiking. The only downside was that we could hear the kids on the other side of the wall, so if this was meant to be a really romantic getaway that could’ve been a problem. Host was responsive, friendly, laid back and not at all in our way.”

“We love Tanglewood and wanted to stay for the James Taylor concert over the 4th. this was a terrific place for us and another couple. Lots of room! we enjoyed playing cards and eating out on the deck. the awning came in handy when it started to sprinkle. it is a quiet neighborhood and only 15 minutes to Tanglewood. We cooked all of our meals and the kitchen was spacious and ideal. The house is on the older side but we found it charming. The ACs worked well to keep us cool.”

“We were a big group..16 adults and 7 children. The families with children were well situated with nearby or adjacent rooms. Everyone had comfortable rooms which afforded privacy and quiet times. Each room had its own beautiful newly renovated bathrooms ( with great water pressure). The living and dining rooms were large and comfortable. The dining table was a loooong table with benches all around which easily sat our crowd. The backyard was gorgeous with beautiful views of the distant mountains.……
