From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and taken care of — every employee we encountered was friendly, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make our family comfortable. The food was very good with plenty of options for both adults and kids, which made meals easy and enjoyable throughout our stay. One of the biggest things for us when traveling with children is cleanliness, and the room was spotless, fresh, and well-kept the entire time. This resort is definitely kids and parent approved! It had the perfect balance of relaxation for the adults and fun for the little ones. We left with great memories and would happily stay here again. Highly recommend for any family looking for a clean, welcoming, and enjoyable place to stay! "

"Our stay was very disappointing. The property did not match what was shown in the pictures on Expedia at all—what you see advertised is not what you get. There were not enough basic supplies provided. We had a shortage of essentials like towels, toilet paper, paper towels, and even blankets, which made the stay very uncomfortable. The air conditioning was not working, and to make matters worse, there were frequent power outages with no backup generator available. This made it extremely difficult to relax or even stay in the property during certain times. Communication with the host was very poor. Messages were either ignored or responded to very late, with no real solutions offered to the issues we were experiencing. Additionally, there were no curtains, which meant no privacy at all—something that should be a basic expectation for any rental."
