“NO shower curtain in the bathroom, no one at the desk, We called after we left at 4am in the morning and the lady who answered the phone could care less if we were not able to shower, no form of compensation, like talking to a wall How could anyone forget a shower curtain? Outside parking lot had large cracks big enough for a lawsuit once some poor customer trips and injures themselves complete dangerous situation. I Have never seen a hotel with no staff available 24 hrs a day.”

“Fresh breakfast, hot coffee, staff was great! I’ve stayed at this property a number of times and never have had anything but great service!!”

“We didn't care for how open and steep the steps were for our 2nd floor room. When we got to our room the door lock was broken. We reported it and it was repaired immediately, for which we were grateful. It had not been reported to the office before by anyone. We asked for a different room, but they were full. We felt much more secure and able to leave our valuables once it was repaired. The staff was friendly and obliging.”
