“Great location, beautiful grounds but rooms are in need of maintenance: The toilet seat does not fit properly, the toilet pan is cracked, the bath is not clean, the window blind does not work, the wallpaper is torn, the carpet is stained, and the windows can not be secured when open due to a broken latch. And...NO hot water!! (so no shower!) Breakfast was disappointing too as the coffee machine was broken and so was the toaster (so no toast)...”

“Everything was great. The only issue we had was that someone upstairs above us has a shower at 3.45am and woke us up with the sound of the shower. I expect that is unusual though.”

“Beautiful bedroom very large and spacious, as was the en-suite shower room. The bed and bedding were excellent and I had a wonderful nights sleep. The water in the shower was hot and a good pressure. However the flush for the toilet was not working. I would also recommend the owners supply bedside lights as there were none and the main light switch was over by the door. A kettle and teabags/coffee were provided in the room but no milk or water.
