“The neighborhood did not seem safe. We didn't go out to walk our dog due to concerns on the neighbors and the surrounding houses. The house itself was fine - smelled a bit musty, and the beds were not great. Had the basics of what we needed. TV and Wifi were in and out. We would not stay here again. ”

“Tiny!! The owners especially requested covers for the furniture if we had a dog. We do travel with covers, but the couch was so slippery they would not stay on. the couch was so uncomfortable”

“Everything was perfect! The hot tub was preheated, the house was very clean, and plenty of space for all of us. The host was very quick in communicating with us and accommodating with a change in the amount of people in our group. I would definitely stay here again. ”

“It’s so peaceful & relaxing the moment you walk into this cottage. Everything is as described and more. The patio has such a welcoming atmosphere & after our long hikes the private hot tub completed our days. There are so many beautiful trails within walking distance, as well. This is our second time staying here & it did not disappoint. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful place to call home while exploring beautiful Sedona!! “This place was charming. The decor was beautiful. It was peaceful and quiet. Drinks and snacks were left in the room for us. There was a Red Rock Pass provided for us to get into some of the parking lots. There were robes in the closet and plenty of towels. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming! The patio was a nice place to eat our meals. We loved our stay here. Highly recommended!! ”

“What a fantastic place to stay. A beautiful stone building near the top of a hill with a great garden and a brilliant host Joe. We were there for only two days on a road trip from Phoenix to Seattle but it really wonderful. A very well equipped kitchen, good WiFi, comfortable bed and lots of external seating to enjoy the sun, the views during the day and the start sky at night. Joe, the host provided lots of information about the history of the property and the former ranch it is situated……

“Family friendly, lots of nice welcoming touches (s’more & hot cocoa supplies for example). Very new house, with new appliances. Would definitely stay there again!”

“The place was quiet, clean and exactly as described. The only issue we had was the shower leaked causing water to flow behind and around the toilet. We had to use towels to clean it up after each shower. Management was notified. It would have been nice to have a weeks worth of towels and washcloths available since we did rent it for the week, I ended up purchasing some washcloths to use during my stay. ”
