Staff was ok, they put us in a room where the elevator was not accessible to our floor with multiple luggage bags which was very inconvenient. The room was clean. Check in process was so so as they wouldn't check us in without providing more personal details that weren't ever needed at other hotels.

Great hotel in London near to Kensington Palace and Hyde Park. Lancaster Gate tube station is 5 mins walk away and there are plenty of buses nearby. There are some great pubs close to hotel for dinner so everything is very central. Hotel is modern and clean with pleasant staff. We would stop there again if back in London.

What a gem!

Perfect stay Reception staff were very welcoming and friendly and got us checked in early which was amazing. Needed an iron and called reception and had it promptly brought to my room. Room was lovely and clean bathroom also very clean, Netflix etc on tv, comfy bed tea and coffee and a fridge. Honestly cannot fault this place at all. Amazing price for such a great room. Unbelievable location too. 5* brilliant hotel and staff
