One metro ride on the Elizabeth line from Heathrow airport and then 5 minute walk. Everything is near by, the famous Selfridges in Oxford Street, groceries, restaurants, shopping. The apartment gets refreshed everyday by the wonderful and friendly housekeeping lady. The team is great at responding in a timely manner and are sure to make you feel safe and cared for. I traveled with a minor and safety was a top priority. However, for the same price I would stay in a hotel where the amenities are usually on premises such as a restaurant a gym etc. The walls are paper thin so you hear everything in the next apartment, the kitchen didn’t have a single wipe cloth something my wife didn’t appreciate, no water bottled,. The communication was deficient as there is no cleaning or bed make up service on the weekends, so if you have plans to spend the weekend plan for no cleaning and other services. Refrigerator shut down for over 24 hrs, wasting 2 days worth of groceries from Waitrose. I never got an apology call from management. Convenient location but poorly ran. I got the biggest penthouse btw. Stayed for almost 2 weeks, so I am not a regular complaining guest. Modern design overall with generally good quality furniture etc. Problems on first day. Despite booking for 3 people (2 adults and teenager) via Hotels.com - it took 6 phone calls to have bedding made available for use with the sofa bed. Told us was our fault for not letting them know that we would want to use the sofa bed. Where else was the teenage child supposed to sleep? Hotels.com and the Natives need to sort out the communication because my booked was clear and the inconvenience cost me a couple of hours of my time trying to sort through multiple operatives. Other issues with fridge and soiled sofa detracted a little from the apartment. Overall though, a decent stay in a pleasant part of town which makes lots of central London in walking distance. Disappointed with the condition of the property and the impression of a lack of effort by the staff to solve the issue so that we would have a pleasant stay. The blinds in the bathroom were mouldy and rotten, but no solution was presented over the six nights we stayed there. To be frank, the property has clearly gone through a fair number of guests and could do with a freshening overall. The bathroom towels were threadbare and the area rug in the living room curled up at the edges, acting as a tripping hazard.
