Utterly dreadful experience. Arrived to be told they had double booked so had no rooms. Despite there being no sign of anyone staying there. Staff didn’t seem bothered saying it happens all the time. Having seen the place and reading recent reviews, we had a lucky escape. The place looked disgusting and nothing like the pictures.

Sadly would not come back. My allocated room already had someone in it when I tried to get in. Give the staff their dues, they moved me to another room straight away. I was told free parking on site, we received a parking ticket for the time we were there. Still waiting an explanation

This may be a cultural thing as I'm used to American hotels and this is in a South Asian neighborhood... it was not filthy but not very clean either. No soap or shampoo and no towels. Very thin pillows. However, we were exhausted and he let us check in early for £20, and it was safe and out of the weather. There was a restaurant inside and the area wasn't too noisy and seemed safe. It's next to a very nice park. The beds were comfortable.
