Old tired room in the attic. Aircon was good lady in reception was busy discussing an online complaint when I checked out so I left it at that. Cut my leg on the corner of the sink tiles, after a long day it was a bed the night porter was helpful.

Amazing staff and location.

Amazing stay. Room 8. The staff where amazing. So so helpful. Andreas at reception was fantastic. Loved the feel of the hotel and so near Oxford street. Highly recommend.

A nice location but the hotel is a little dated. Annoyingly the shower leaked so bad there was very little water pressure in it.
