“Older motel but well kept and clean but the rooms wont pick up the wifi so literally cannot watch TV at all bc the Roku cant connect. Staff was nice and genuinely apologetic about it but not much they can do so not their fault. Well kept and clean w a nice pool and common areas. For the price on the island you cant complain but gotta do better w the router guys!! Its 2026. Nice quiet location only a short ride to Bay Village etc and even the smaller rooms are almost 400sq ft.”

“The location was fine. Very quiet street in Holgate. Being right next door to a hotel wasn’t an issue at allGerard was very responsive to all questions before and during the trip. The biggest issues were the lack of items in house - dishes, utensils etc. Considering it’s listed as a house that can sleep 12, there wasn’t enough items to properly serve food. There also wasn’t enough seating in living area. The interior of house is shabby. Not unclean, just in need of a coat of paint and general……
