“No me gustó en primer lugar cuando llegamos que el baño estaba sucio y sin cortina para la ventana,yo le puse una toalla para que no no miran no limpian los cuartos ni el baño y tampoco hacen las camas primer vez que me toca un Hotel así y cuando fui a preguntar a recepción porque no habían limpiado el cuarto me dijeron que como no tenían suficiente personal por eso ellos no limpiaban los cuartos ni hacen camas y les pregunté que eso no estaba escrito en el anuncio del hotel y me digiero que...

“Close to the beach and fun activities”

“Very clean, comfortable and welcoming. Was unaware bedrooms only accessible by narrow and steep stair case. It would have been helpful to disclose that information. Fortunately we did not have a problem except it was strenuous to carry our luggage to bedroom area. Aside from that, it was a great stay. ”

“We booked this hotel for one night through Hotels.com, but were never informed that late check-in was unavailable after 11:30 pm. Our flight was delayed, and made it to the hotel at 3am. Upon reaching the hotel we found all doors closed and no one at the front desk. Despite repeatedly calling and waiting outside in the cold for over 30 minutes, no staff member appeared. Eventually, someone (not a receptionist) came out and, after some confusion and wandering around, managed to locate the keys so...

“Every single employee was kind, acknowledged us as we passed, and were willing to answer any questions we had. From the front desk staff, to the maintenance guy who tightened the screws on our door bolt, to Ginger who explained the services at the spa and the workout room, everyone was top notch. Room was clean and well appointed. The bathroom smelled great and appeared to be recently renovated.”
