"Staff (whether front desk or housekeeping) were very nice and accommodating. My room had hot tub and was extremely clean and comfortable. Only bad side was the construction they were doing on the street to the hotel the day I arrived but other than that my stay was delightful. The breakfast in the morning is exceptional."

"We stayed here for our anniversary weekend, and then did some other activities near Jim Thorpe. Very easy drive back and forth which was nice. The hotel staff was wonderful, and the room was very clean with a good view. We ate at a few of the restaurants on property which were all tasty. The only spot where this property will lose points is that from the entrance of the lobby, to the hallway of our hotel room, it smells like smoke. I understand that you can smoke in the casino, and that is fine. I had a few while we were playing, but ideally you want that smell to stop when you get to your room. Inside the room was fine, but making a note of it. Overall very happy with our stay and we had a enjoyable time celebrating our anniversary. Would definitely come back."
