“The staff was awesome!! But the place is not kept well. The room smelled like cigarettes. And paying that much money for a room was not justified.”

“Clean room, friendly staff good breakfast”

“The hotel is very close to scenic spots, making it convenient to visit places like Ruby Falls. As it is a pet-friendly hotel, the hygiene conditions may not be maintained. During our stay, the hotel experienced a power outage in the afternoon for a long time, which greatly affected our accommodation experience. When booking the room, the hotel indicated the availability of electric vehicle charging stations, but upon arrival, we found that there were none. The hotel breakfast was very good. The……

“Room was dirty. Linens had blood on them. Faucet broken in room.”

“Not clean, no butter in the breakfast time!”

“Shower was awesome, lots of water pressure. Very convenient to a Logan’s steak house and Walmart.”

“Breakfast needed to be spruced up a bit. Otherwise, friendly staff!”

We called service desk to make sure everything was OK and alerted them of situation . And was told that they was just part of the house cleaning staff and……

We heard nothing from the staff just people running and the smell of smoke. My husband is a disabled veteran who has PTSD and this caused a huge amount of panic for him. I think the front office could have called and explained you didn’t not have to evacuate but you could if you wanted. Thankfully the……

“Great hotel! We were torn between this and another boutique hotel and chose The Chattanoogan. We were able to walk to most where we wanted to go and enjoyed the onsite bar and rooftop bar.”
