“Gas station had semi-trucks running the entire night and very loud. Also hear every door opening and closing. Not quit and very loud.”

“On the night of our stay, the fire alarm continued going ON and OFF (~ 10 times) between 11 pm and midnight creating an uncertain environment for all. The fire alarm was so loud that I was worried about hearing loss for kids. The communication from management and fire department was inadequate. I was surprised that the hotel didn't offer any compensation for this inconvenience. Apart from this incident, the stay was okay.”

“Sheets and room were clean for the most part however the room I stayed in was not maintained. It was evident that the room has had a moisture problem for awhile. The drywall in the ceiling was discolored and cracking and there was mold growing on a chair.”

“The room smelled of pee and super damp/wet feeling while we tried sleeping. The hotel seemed dirty and the mattress on the pullout bed was absolutely disgusting. The breakfast was okay…eggs hard, bacon was good, they ran out of coffee. The real kicker was that we didn’t even have a working toilet!! I informed the front desk thinking they might refund a little from my bill, but nothing. I would not recommend. The staff was not overall friendly either. Skip this hotel!!”

“The staff was super friendly and helpful. I asked for a room that faced Lookout Mountain. They gave me exactly what I asked for unfortunately, due to the humity the windows were fogged up quite a bit and it was hard to see out very well. That being said, due to the location, the parking lot has a great view of lookout mountain. It was funny how everyone just arrived and would stand out in the parking lot to enjoy the view. The hotel was quiet and clean and due to the location, it seemed……

“The hotel is very close to scenic spots, making it convenient to visit places like Ruby Falls. As it is a pet-friendly hotel, the hygiene conditions may not be maintained. During our stay, the hotel experienced a power outage in the afternoon for a long time, which greatly affected our accommodation experience. When booking the room, the hotel indicated the availability of electric vehicle charging stations, but upon arrival, we found that there were none. The hotel breakfast was very good.The……

“Room wasnt bad, there was lots of drug activity out side all night. People walking in and out of the wooded area out back. Male fighting with female in parking lot, female driving off with male hanging onto the door at high speeds. Love the area but will not return to this hotel.”

“Worn carpeting and unrepaired damage to doors and trim work. Tub faucet was pulled out from the tub surface. Rust stained tile under the vanity. Our room must be next in line for renovations. That’s the only answer. Our first floor room was steps from an unsecured exterior door. We found that upon departure. Complimentary breakfast waffle was good but fruit was not fresh. Apples were soft. Parking lot sign indicated basically to park at your own risk. Bright spot was the comfortable……

“The rooms felt wet from humidity”

“Moved from one room due to the Tv not working to another room that smelled like mold and the carpet was soaked. We had to lay towels down to walk. We didn’t ask to change again because it was so late and the children were ready for bed. Very nice staff, just not the greatest situation.”

“Hotel pictures show a newer hotel. This hotel is either a bad remodel or older. Our beds were not very comfortable and had a spring sound. The towel rack in the bathroom fell off the wall after we pulled towels off it. Room was mostly clean but elevators seemed very dirty. Pool was out of service. Breakfast was ok but limited. Not worth money they charge to stay. Front desk was not very friendly at night shift but day shift was friendly and attentive. Probably would not stay again for the price.”

“The hotel has a good location for business people and is fairly close to the convention center. The only thing I can complain about is the noise. The room AC was noisy and the hotel is on a hill, for truck traffic was very noticeable since the room faced the road. Also, be advised that they charge for parking ($14 per day).”
