“When we checked into the hotel we didn’t notice any super visible issues, but while there we had some pretty big issues. The first morning we had some breakfast, which was exactly fine, until my daughter opened her chocolate milk and took a drink. It had gone rancid. I heard someone else say the milk tasted bad so I told the front desk and the gentleman was quick to try and remedy the situation, but obviously we didn’t try it again. “Rating is a C+ Biggest problem- Poison Ivy on the parking lot islands. It’s growing between the landscaping rocks. I overheard another guest in the lot trying to pull her dog away from it and was shocked when I walked around to the front of my car and saw just how spread out it was. “The staff was super friendly and helpful. I asked for a room that faced Lookout Mountain. They gave me exactly what I asked for unfortunately, due to the humity the windows were fogged up quite a bit and it was hard to see out very well. That being said, due to the location, the parking lot has a great view of lookout mountain. It was funny how everyone just arrived and would stand out in the parking lot to enjoy the view. “The hotel is very close to scenic spots, making it convenient to visit places like Ruby Falls. As it is a pet-friendly hotel, the hygiene conditions may not be maintained. During our stay, the hotel experienced a power outage in the afternoon for a long time, which greatly affected our accommodation experience. When booking the room, the hotel indicated the availability of electric vehicle charging stations, but upon arrival, we found that there were none. The hotel breakfast was very good.The……

“We had a wonderful stay! The room was very clean and the hot breakfast was greatly appreciated. Will stay here again.”

“Typical super 8, so expectation were not high. Just wanted a clean room with decent service. Arrived needing to use the bathroom to find the lobby bathroom marked out of order but once pressed for one to use they allowed me use of it, so it was not out of order. The room was adequate but no clean towels daily or beds made. Breakfast area was filthy, the mess was caused by guest but staff didn’t maintain cleanliness. Like I said typical super 8, poor condition property but adequate room.”
