“When staying here you have to treat it like a visit to grandma’s 200 year old house. Our room was on the third floor (no elevators) with slanted ceilings and bathroom down three steps. It was quite small and didn’t have many amenities (such as body wash or a microwave) and our window was tiny. The air conditioner vent was positioned next to the bed and blew air directly on us as we slept (quite unpleasant). Additionally the door to our room does not fit properly and lets all the bright light……

“The staff were very nice and welcoming, and the rooms were clean and spacious. That said, breakfast was just day-old pastries and lukewarm coffee, which was disappointing. The biggest issue was with the Expedia Platinum perks. We usually book VIP hotels for the benefits, but they weren’t really honored here.
