“It was very clean and well maintained. ”

“Pool was closed due to renovations but that’s okay because we didn’t have time to utilize it anyway. Hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. Staff were more than accommodating…above and beyond for us in a few instances. Breakfast was great and there was access to water, tea, coffee and snacks throughout the day and night. It was a very nice surprise when I came back from being in the cold and wind all day to a hot cup of tea! Will definitely stay there again!!”

“Came in December and didn't use any of the pool/hot tub, but really appreciated the location and convenience of this property. Host was always quick to respond. Very easy access with excellent pictures and information ahead of time to ensure clear understanding of what to expect and where to go. Did not have any issues during my stay and was perfect for working remotely for part of my stay. Would definitely recommend this place, especially for a longer stay. Will look here next time I'm in the……

“Upon arriving, we were told that Hotel.com had booked us a smoking room. I showed them the e-mail confirmation on my computer only to get remarks such as, "That won't change anything" "It doesn't matter what your e-mail says"... We asked if they could make the change and the lady first said no, and it's not because they were full, just because they got the information that we wanted a smoking room, while never providing any proof that was the what happened. “We stayed for 6 nights to be close to my grandson who had heart surgery at UPMC Children’s Hospital. The location of the home was perfect for easy access to the hospital and the amenities such as the washer & dryer, and nicely appointed kitchen made the stay homey and comfortable. The area also has some great restaurants close by. The homeowner, Frank, was fantastic and was quick to respond to any and all requests. ”
