“The condo is an end unit which led to it being more private. The area and grounds were a bit worn down and dated. The unit itself had an odd smell, likely from being closed up too long. It was simply “okay” but a bit pricey compared to our next condo (which was in better condition). ”

“The apartment is an older building, but in an area which was easy to get to and easy to get to downtown Raleigh. I did have to clean the kitchen some before using. The pots had some food residue from a previous renter and there were some sticky spots on counters and tables. One thing which would help renters keep things clean would be to have more dish soap available, there was a small amount in the kitchen, but I had to go purchase dish soap to be able to clean our dishes after eating. “Host was very communicative and friendly. Beds were extremely comfortable. Parking was convenient. Could've used more spoons in the cutlery drawer. Otherwise, cute space perfect for our needs.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed staying in your home! The décor was so colorful and lively with lots of natural light. There was plenty of visiting space on couches and chairs, and a brightly lit kitchen. We especially enjoyed the turn table and vinyl records of all our old favorites for trips down memory lane! We would definitely choose to stay here again!”

“The property was ok. Neighbors were quiet. An older apartment complex. The location is good.The blinds were broken and need to be replaced. The accommodations were clean.”

“Cute updated home in a quiet neighborhood of townhomes. The only “shared” wall with the townhome next door is the living room. The large king beds were very comfortable too.”

“Instructions simple to follow, place is cute, well located close to many restaurants and things to do, and host communication is great. There was a couple of small things like the blind being broken in the kitchen, the bedroom tv being finicky, and a blanket that wasn’t washed (due to some things out of the control of the host). Overall, it’s a great place to stay and definitely recommend due to offered amenities and location.”
