You can do some window-shopping at Gulf City Mall during your visit to Lowlands. Amble around this relaxing area's beautiful beaches and enjoy its top-notch restaurants.
The entire Tobago Plantation Estate is a unique property for a perfect vacation or to spend time with family and friends. The person or persons who came up with the idea to create that environment is a visionary.
I think the property has some work to be done to update it but overall it was great.

I enjoyed my stay but would not return. Rather would stay near the airport where all the action is including beaches, boat rides and restaurants.
