“This was in a very quiet area in West Columbia. Nice clean area and the unit is perfect. Great communication with owner, my son and his girlfriend used pool which they said was nice - my mother in law said it was perfect and quiet. Well appointed kitchen we cooked once or twice, good appliances comfy furniture very good bathrooms and laundry was good to have as well. Parking was plentiful. Quick access to campus in less than 10 minutes to our son’s apartment on campus . ”

“The house is really nice and clean. I would definitely stay again. The only problem I had was requesting a late checkout of only 2 hours. I kept getting a response to request it the morning of departure. Since checkout is at 10:00 am it didn’t make any sense. I did request it at 8:00 am and still received the same response.”

“The home did not look like picures. The owner was prompt to respond and help us when we had concerns about what we found pice we arrived, but the property manager didn't answer. It was not far from Fort Jackson, and the condo was in a quiet neighborhood. Those were the only two positives.”

“Rhe pictures do not do it justice. So very cute and cozy. The rooms are very roomy and the ceiling height is at least 9' which really makes the rooms feel bigger. Two tv's in opposite sides of the house. Great little fire pit picnic bench if you want to eat out side. There is a second rental above the garage so the driveway is shared plenty of parking for both units (2 cars per unit). We stayed for our soldiers graduation at Fort Jackson justv12 minutes away to the gate. Also 30 second walk……
