“Parking was easy and secure”

“I was assigned a smoking room, and unfortunately there were several burn marks on both the carpet and the bedsheets. The entire floor had a strong lingering cigarette smell, which made the environment quite uncomfortable. The bathroom also appeared somewhat moldy, and the bathroom door was stuck, adding to the overall inconvenience. Unfortunately, the persistent smoke odor made it difficult for me to get a good night's sleep. I hope these issues can be addressed to improve the experience for……
