“Comfortable ”

“I love staying at Wildes Chesterfield, the staff are fantastic and can’t do enough to make sure my stay is wonderful. I admire Liam, one of the managers, he works hard to ensure that everything is just as it should be and he remembers people and their needs. My room was very clean, the pillows and bed were so comfy, it was lovely and warm in my room. The breakfast is fantastic. “The family room with bunkbeds for the kids was well set out and had a lot of amenities such as iron and hairdryer and a bath. With windows at different levels so the kids could see out over the Park. ”

“ It seems that the staff are not used to greet guests good morning and the like. Also ,the restaurant is under renovation until end March, so reduced breakfast has to be served inside room. The environment outside the hotel is good,though, with many restaurants nearby.”

“I had a good stay at the Castle Hotel. Lovely little hotel, super comfy bed and gorgeous bed linen. The room was spotless and generous tea and coffee making facilities. Nice bathroom products. No A/C as it's a beautiful old building, but that was fine as was able to open windows and control the radiator. I didn't have a cooked breakfast but buffet options were fine and the other guests seemed to be enjoying their cooked food. I will stay again, thank you.”
