“Clean updated and the hosts were amazing! Can't recommend more!”

“This home is clean and new. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to serve a large group which is unusual for most places. Bathrooms are clean and have plenty of towels and hand towels for the group. Showers are stocked with soap, conditioner and shampoo. Sitting area is nice and chairs are very comfortable. Beds are comfortable and there is plenty of closet space. This place has a great view of the farmland around the property and is very quiet. A definite return trip when in……

“Very well kept and clean home!! I highly recommend to anyone!!”

“Great place to stay! Beautiful Roy Lake! Had everything we needed for a few days.”

“This location had everything we needed and more. Even a plug in option for my car, though I did not bring a charge cord. Owners were friendly and responsive. Place was clean and kitchen fully stocked with everything we needed. Coffee station was fabulous. Stairway to second floor was steep, but bathrooms and bedrooms on both floors worked out well. Will definitely consider this property again.”

“Our stay was wonderful. We were just down the road from the boat dock and we could drop our boat in the lake very easily. We fished most days and caught a range of different fish. The cabin had a nice patio and deck that we could sit on and watch the day go by. We would stay again! Thank you to Phil for all your help and quick responses to all my questions. Everything was great! Thank you for a wonderful week. Thank you - Christy”
